Realtime Passenger Information is part of the suite of services available to Metric Tristarinc clients who purchase Real-time services from us. Once it has been enabled, this option can be embedded/linked into the Bus Operator’s website so that passengers can check the estimated arrival/departure time of their bus. Passengers will be able to search by stop, route or service.

They can visit their bus operator’s website as normal from their laptop or mobile device and search for their particular journey. They can see at what time the bus has left the depot or original stop, how far along the route it is at a particular time, and at what time it’s expected to reach their stop. It makes planning their journey and the rest of their day much simpler and avoids the inconvenience of missing their bus.
